Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Beacon Light Investments ("we", "us") about your use of the Hard Work app. By using the app, you accept them.

What Hard Work is
Hard Work organizes your job-site photos. It reads photos on your device, suggests tags describing the work it sees, and groups photos into jobs. It is a tool for contractors to organize and present their own work.
Your photos are yours
You keep all rights to your photos. The app claims no ownership of, or license to, anything in your photo library. Because the app's analysis happens on your device and we never receive your photos, there is nothing for us to claim rights over.
Tags are suggestions, not facts
The tagging AI is helpful but imperfect. Tags, job groupings, and project labels are automated suggestions and may be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them — especially before sharing photos with clients or using tags in any business, legal, insurance, or contractual context.
Use the app lawfully
You agree to use Hard Work only with photos you have the right to use, and in compliance with the laws that apply to you — including privacy laws that may govern photos of other people, job sites, or client property.
Sharing
When you share photos through the app, you are using your phone's standard sharing features. You are responsible for what you share and with whom. The app's warnings about visible people or text are a courtesy, not a guarantee that a photo is safe to share.
The app is provided as-is
Hard Work is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that tags will be accurate, that groupings will be correct, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beacon Light Investments will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
Changes to the app or these terms
We may update the app and these terms. Material changes to these terms will be noted in the app store release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
